HyperScriptTM RT Master mix 제품은 Reverse Transcriptase (RT) reaction을 위한 pre-mixed solution으로, MMLV로부터 유래된 reverse transcriptase가 포함된 reaction buffer, dNTPs, RNase inhibitor, stabilizer 등이 혼합된 형태로 제공됩니다.
